- Butter: 3 tablespoons (unsalted)
- Cream: Cup
- Sugar: 2 cups (white/coarse)
How to prepare
Melt the amount of sugar in a suitable saucepan on the fire until it becomes brown and then gradually add a cup of cream to the dissolved sugar with a quick and continuous stirring until the texture becomes more like cream.
Add the butter to the mixture and stir well until melted and then set aside to cool.
