Meat Burger


  • Amounts of burger filling:
    Lettuce: 4 leaves
    Mayonnaise: One third cup
    Tomatoes: 1 grain (cut into circles)
    Onions: 1 grain (cut circles)
    Mozzarella Cheese: 4 slices
  • Bread burgers: 4 grains (cut in half)
  • Minced meat: 1 kg
  • Breadcrumbs: 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs: 1 grain (whipped)
  • Salt: As desired
  • Spices: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: half a teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: half a teaspoon
  • Onion Powder: Half a teaspoon
    How to prepare
    In a bowl, put the minced meat, breadcrumbs and eggs, then season with salt, black pepper, powdered garlic, powdered onions and Arabic spices.

    Shape the meat mixture into discs equal in size and thickness as you want and then put it for about half an hour in the refrigerator.
