- Amounts of burger filling:
Lettuce: 4 leaves
Mayonnaise: One third cup
Tomatoes: 1 grain (cut into circles)
Onions: 1 grain (cut circles)
Mozzarella Cheese: 4 slices
- Bread burgers: 4 grains (cut in half)
- Minced meat: 1 kg
- Breadcrumbs: 1 tablespoon
- Eggs: 1 grain (whipped)
- Salt: As desired
- Spices: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Garlic powder: half a teaspoon
- Onion Powder: Half a teaspoon
How to prepare
In a bowl, put the minced meat, breadcrumbs and eggs, then season with salt, black pepper, powdered garlic, powdered onions and Arabic spices.
