Grilled chicken with herbs and lemon


  • Ingredients of chicken mixture:
    Chicken breast: 1 kg (boneless or skin, cut into medium-sized cubes)
    Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
    Yogurt: 1/4 cup
    Cumin: 2 teaspoons (ground)
    Paprika: 1 tablespoon (powder/smoked)
    Green coriander: 1 tablespoon (fresh and chopped)
    Garlic: 3 cloves (chopped or grated)
    Ginger: Piece (small/fresh and grated)
    Salt: Pinch
  • Lemon sauce ingredients with olives:
    Lemon juice: 1/4 cup (fresh)
    Lemon zest: 2 teaspoons
    Olive oil: 1/4 cup
    Green coriander: 1/4 cup (fresh and chopped)
    Green olives: 1/2 cup (chopped)
    Red Pepper: Pinch
    Salt: Pinch
    How to prepare
    Soak the chicken for a whole night in the fridge in the chicken mixture in a large dish and pack edited with the food before keeping it in the fridge.
    Set the oven grill at 180-200°C.
    We bring wooden skewers and suspect the chicken pieces in the skewers.
    Grill the chicken skewers until brown and get a little roasted color for 5 minutes then stir on the second side and continue grilling for another 5 minutes.
    To prepare the lemon and vinegar sauce: Start mixing all the ingredients well in a dish using the clamp and seasoning the mixture with a little salt and pepper.
    Pour in a proper serving dish and serve alongside grilled chicken skewers.
