- Butter: 200 g (soft)
- Flour: 2 cups and 1/4
- Baking Soda: Half a teaspoon
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Brown sugar: half a cup
- Sugar: 1/2 cup (white)
- Eggs: 1 grain
- Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon (ground)
- Chocolate Granules: Cup
How to prepare
Beat the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until the mixture is creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla and beat.
Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon and mix until smooth and firm.
Add the chocolate granules and mix.
Preheat oven to 180°C and heat the cookie tray with butter paper.
Make medium balls with a spoon or ice cream spoon and place them in the tray apart.
Bring the tray into the oven for 12-15 minutes and then take it out, leave to cool for 10 minutes and serve the cookies warm or cool to taste.
